Genesee Country Village and Museum and the Girl Scouts of Genesee Valley invite you to join us at the museum for a celebration of Juliette Low’s birthday and local women’s “her-story.”
Spend the day at the Museum learning about non-traditional women and experiencing traditional activities from the 1800s and early 1900s.  Did you know Rochester had a women’s baseball team back in the 1860s?  Learn about women’s roles in the 1800s, play games, participate in contests, explore the houses, learn how to spin, write with a quill and ink, enjoy lunch, learn a new song and have a Closing Tea with cookies made from the original Girl Scout Cookie recipe!
