What is Your Refund Policy?
Refunds will ONLY be made if we are unable to place you in a program, the program is canceled by the Girl Scout Council, or if a resource box is unavailable. No refunds are given under any other circumstances. Registrations for all events are made on a daily, first-come, first-served basis. Registrations will not be accepted after registration closes unless a program has openings available.
Who Can Attend Programs?
Programs are for registered Girl Scouts only, unless otherwise noted. Some events encourage you to bring family members or friends. Please refer to the program descriptions. We do not accept tag-alongs (i.e., infants, toddlers, other children or pets). All members who register for a program must be accompanied by their troop leader or by an adult if they register as individuals. No unsupervised participants will be allowed. Please indicate on the program registration form the number of adults attending even if there is no charge. Girls may attend a program with their troop or as an individual. Girls attending without their troop must have parental/adult supervision.
*Friends are always welcome, but must register as Girl Scout members to attend events.

Cookie coupons may be used toward workshop registration fees as specified in the Product Sales Department Cookie material.
Are Try-Its, Badges or Patches Included in the Fee?
If a try-it, badge or patch is included in the fee, it will be stated that the fee includes badge and materials. If it is not listed in the description, troops must purchase them on their own.
Is Financial Assistance Available?
Financial assistance, if needed, is available for any program offered by the council.
Do I Need to Follow SafetyWise Guidelines?
The troop leader is responsible for all health forms, parent permission slips, day trip approvals, transportation, a First-Aid kit, proper adult/girl ratio and behavior of girls. A First-Aider is required if specified in SafetyWise. Safety standards and all requirements must be met or a troop will be turned away from the event without a refund. If you have disabled participants or individuals requiring special consideration in your troop, please inform the Service Center so they can be accommodated.
What if a Program is Canceled?
You will be notified of cancellations and any unforeseen changes beyond our control. If weather is questionable, please contact the program registrar at the Service Center hosting the program for more information.
